BitcoinCounterFlow is a data visualization platform. We are not financial advisors. All content and indicators presented are for educational and analytical purposes only. Trading Bitcoin involves significant risk of loss.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the BitcoinCounterFlow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Access
We provide access to real-time and historical market data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Subscription & Billing
Billing is handled securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
4. Permitted Use
Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our data for your own internal purposes: personal analysis, research, or a feature inside a product you use internally. API keys are issued per account, are limited to the number of seats included in your plan, and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. You may not scrape our indicators or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary models.
5. Redistribution
Making our data, charts, heatmaps, or signals available to third parties requires a separate redistribution licence, whether you charge for it or not. This includes publishing our charts to a public or private channel, embedding our data in a product you offer to your own users, reselling access, and syndicating our output through a bot, newsletter, or API of your own. Self-serve plans do not include redistribution rights. Contact us to licence them.
6. Attribution
Occasionally sharing a single chart on social media is welcome, provided it is clearly credited to BitcoinCounterFlow with a visible link to bitcoincounterflow.com. This courtesy does not extend to recurring publication, automated posting, or any use that replaces a reader visiting our platform.
